Printable Thank You Cards

Hi Guys I constantly struggle with getting thank you cards.  I am so grateful to so many, but I always fall short.  My kids are getting to an age where I want them to appreciate when someone does something for them.  I am trying to instill in them to always have a grateful heart, so with that I made these super simple thank you cards. All you have to do is print them on some card stock, cut out and fill them out, pretty simple.  Your kids can write as much or little as you desire.  I tried to make them small enough to fit into a 5x7 envelope but you can always fold them up and stick them in a smaller envelope.
Let me know what you think, or if they need any tweaking

Hope you enjoy!

The Dentist Take 2

Monday Madeline had her dentist appointment with Rachel, she was super excited to see Rachel, however not about the teeth cleaning!
She did great, they did tons of poking and proding on her teeth and gums.
We found out she...

  1. chews on the sides of her mouth inside
  2. has great spacing for her grown up teeth, and SHOULDN'T need braces
  3. she is an excellent brusher (with no help from me)
  4. she has slight over bite
  5. NO CAVITIES!!!

One thing most people don't know about my little Madeline is her eyes are super sensitive, she hates the flash on the camera, her eyes start watering instantly.  Rachel couldn't stop laughing at how she covered eyes the whole time she cleaned her teeth!

She had my sunglasses on and a bib held over her eyes, because the light bothered her so much!
